2. On earlier occasions, there was no representation for

appellants. It was on 13.09.2023, a learned Judge of this Court

on recording the absence of representation for appellants

directed the matter to be listed under the caption "for

dismissal".

3. Today also there is no representation for appellants.

4. In these circumstances, S.A.No.384 of 2000 is dismissed

for non-prosecution.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall

stand closed.
