JUDGMENT:

Learned counsel for the appellant is present and

learned counsel for the respondents is also present through

virtual hearing.

2. Learned counsel for the appellant represented that the

sole appellant died and he filed a Memo vide USR No.32235

of 2023 before the Registry. He further represented that the

appeal may be abated.

3. Perused.

4. Hence, the appeal is dismissed as abated. No costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending,

shall stand closed.
