JUDGMENT:

1. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel

appearing on both sides are present.

2. Learned counsel for appellants/defendants filed a memo dated

10.03.2023 stating that both parties have settled their issues out

of the Court.

3. Recording the memo dated 10.03.2023 filed by the learned

counsel for appellants and in view of the submissions made on

either side as there is no cause survives for adjudication in this

appeal.

4. Accordingly, the appeal is closed, without costs.

stand closed.
