              THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V.SRINIVAS

                 APPEAL SUIT No.401 of 2006

JUDGMENT:

On 01.03.2013 none appeared on either side and posted

the matter to 16.03.2023. On that day i.e., on 16.03.2023, since

no representation on either side, posted the matter under the

caption 'for dismissal'.

2. Even though the matter is posted under the caption 'for

dismissal', today also none appeared on either side.

3. Hence, the appeal is dismissed for default. There shall be

no order as to costs.

4. Interim orders granted earlier if any, stand vacated.

5. Miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall stand

closed.
