JUDGMENT:-

1) At the very outset, Sri. Venkata Suneel Reddy,

Advocate, representing Ms. C. Indrani, learned counsel for

the Petitioner, submits that the Petitioner does not want to

press the Writ Petition and he has instructions to submit

that the Petition may be dismissed as "Withdrawn".

2) Recording the said statement, the petition is

dismissed as "withdrawn".

No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any

pending, shall also stand closed.
