Heard the learned counsel for petitioner. Earlier this Court granted interim stay on 16.08.2018, and subsequently the stay was extended until further orders.

The learned counsel for petitioner would submit that the trial Court, in view of the judgment of the Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of Asian Resurfacing of Road Agency Vs. Central Bureau of Investigation passed on 28.03.2018, insisting the petitioner an order from the High Court.

This Court on 11.12.2018 extended the interim order until further orders.

Now the suit is at the stage of cross-examination of D.W-1. Therefore, pending revision, if suit in O.S.94/2016 on the file of VII Addl.Senior Civil Judge's Court, Vijayawada, is proceeded with further, the Revision Petitioner, who is plaintiff, will suffer prejudice, as he questioned the order of the trial Court, permitting the defendant to recall D.W-1 for further examination and to receive documents.

In that view of the matter, interim stay granted earlier, is extended for eight (08) weeks.
