                 APPEAL SUIT No.514 OF 2010

JUDGMENT:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, no representation

is made on either side.

2. Despite listing the matter under the caption "for dismissal",

the appellants are not getting ready. It seems that the appellants

have not shown any interest to prosecute the appeal.

3. Hence, the appeal is dismissed for default without costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall

stand closed.
