JUDGMENT:

When the matter is taken up for hearing,

Sri V.B. Subrahmanyam, learned counsel for the appellant,

submits that both the parties, in this appeal, have settled their

dispute amicably outside the Court and he filed a letter dated

28.04.2023 in this regard and seeks permission to withdraw the

present appeal.

2. Permission, as sought for, is accorded.

3. Considering the submission made by learned counsel for the

appellant and pursuant to the letter dated 28.04.2023, the appeal

is dismissed as withdrawn without costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall

stand closed.
