WRIT PETITION No.36209 OF 2016
JUDGMENT:-
Sri K. Venkatesh, learned counsel for the petitioner has
submitted a letter dated 27.03.2023 to the Registrar Judicial,
High Court of Andhra Pradesh, on record, submitting as follows:
"The above writ petition (WP No.36209/2016) is filed to
declaring the action of the respondents 2 and 3 in not
considering the representations dt. 26.08.2016 and 08.01.2016 for stopping the payment of monetary benefits in favour of the 4th respondent consequent on the death of Chadalavada Denial who is the maternal uncle of the petitioner. Now the petitioner wants to withdraw the above writ petitioner as matter is going to be decide in the Succession O.P. appeal. Therefore the writ petitioner requested to withdraw the above writ petition. I intend to withdraw the above writ petition at the request of the writ petitioner. Hence, the registry may be directed to list the WP No.36209 of 2016 for withdrawal in tomorrow list."
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ
petition be dismissed as withdrawn.
3. Sri K. Pavan Kumar, learned counsel for the 4th
respondent submits that he has no objection to the withdrawal
of the writ petition.
4. In view of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed as
withdrawn. No order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any
pending, shall also stand closed.
