      HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE DUPPALA VENKATA RAMANA

                 APPEAL SUIT No.17 of 2007

JUDGMENT:

When the matter was called on 09.03.2023, there was no

representation on either side and the matter was posted to

14.03.2023 under the caption "for dismissal". Again the matter

is called on this day i.e., on 16.03.2023.

2. There is no representation on behalf of the appellant even

today, as the appellant does not appear to be interested in

prosecuting the appeal.

3. Hence, the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. There

shall be no order as to costs.

4. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in

this appeal, shall stand closed.
