Court to withdraw the Writ Petition.

      Permission for withdrawal is accorded.

      Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with

liberty as prayed for. No costs. As a sequel, interlocutory applications

pending, if any, in this case shall stand closed.
