29.11.2017 in O.S.No.250 of 2011 on the file of

Senior Civil Judge's Court, Nuzvid, which was

confirmed in Judgment and Decree in A.S.No.11 of

2018, dated 19.12.2022 on the file of the Court XV

Additional District Judge, at Nuzivid, Krishna District,

on condition that the petitioners shall deposit 50% of

the decretal amount along with interest and suit

costs before the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Nuzvid

within a period of three (03) weeks from today.
