         CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 1480 OF 2018

ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

2. This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of

the Constitution of India challenging the order

dated 22.11.2017 of learned Additional Senior Civil Judge,

Madanapalle in I.A.No.747 of 2017 in O.S.No.202 of 2009.

3. Learned counsel for the revision petitioners submits

that the very O.S.No.202 of 2009 on the file of learned

Additional Senior Civil Judge, Madanapalle was tried and

disposed of vide judgment dated 01.02.2021. Therefore, the

present revision has become infructuous.

4. Recording the submission made by learned counsel for

the revision petitioners, this Civil Revision Petition is

dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to

costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending,

shall stand closed.
