JUDGMENT:

Sri J.V.K.Yagnadath, learned counsel for the appellant

submits that though he addressed a letter to the appellant,

he has not received any instructions so far.

2. In view of the above submission, the appeal is

dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs.

3. Interim orders granted earlier if any, stand vacated.
