JUDGMENT:

Sri Shaik Meeravali Learned counsel for appellants is

present and submits that the matter is settled out of Court

between the parties and the cause does not survive and

requests to dismiss the appeal. Learned counsel for respondent

is present.

02. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel

for the appellants, without going into the correctness of the

contention, this appeal is dismissed. There shall be no order as

to costs.

03. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this appeal

shall stand closed.
