                    Appeal Suit No.528 of 2009

JUDGMENT:

Learned counsel for appellants is present. As seen from the

proceeding sheet the case against the sole respondent is already

dismissed vide Order dated 13.04.2017 so far as steps have not

been taken. Since appeal is deemed to be dismissed. It need not

be called again as it is against the sole respondent, no need to

pass further Orders. Hence, the appeal is dismissed. No costs.

02. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this appeal

shall stand closed.
