                   APPEAL SUIT No.345 of 2008

JUDGMENT:

None appeared for the appellant on 06.03.2023,

27.03.2023, 16.06.2023, 22.06.2023 and 06.07.2023. Even

today also, none appeared for the appellant.

2. On 25.04.2016, the appeal against respondent Nos.3 and

5 is dismissed for default. On 20.12.2000, the appeal against

respondent Nos.1, 4 and 6 is dismissed for default.

3. Learned counsel for respondent Nos.2, 7 and 8 is present.

4. In the above circumstances, it appears that the appellant

is not interested in prosecuting the appeal. Hence, this Court

deems it appropriate that keeping this appeal pending would

not serve any purpose.

4. Accordingly, the Appeal Suit is dismissed for default.

There shall be no order as to costs.

5. Interim orders granted earlier if any, stand vacated.

6. Miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall stand closed.
