At the time of hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submitted that due to the stay granted by this Court earlier, the trial could not be completed.

In view of the judgment of the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in Asian Resurfacing of Road Agency Private Limited and Another Vs. Central Bureau of Investigation (2018) 16 SCC 299, stay is not in force. The trial Court is directed to proceed with the trial.

Post the matter on 14.08.2023.
