          Under the circumstances, the Criminal Revision Case

is dismissed for default.    Registry is directed to send this

order along with the original record, if any, to the Court of III

Metropolitan Magistrate, Visakhapatnam to give effect to the

judgment of the said Court in C.C.No.472 of 2004, which was

confirmed in Criminal Appeal No.155 of 2006 before the IV

Additional District and Sessions Judge, Visakhapatnam on

28.01.2009

. Registry shall comply this order on or before

07.01.2023.
