                        APPEAL SUIT No.1880 OF 2000

JUDGMENT :

1. Despite the matter listed under the caption 'for dismissal' on

28.12.2022 and on 27.01.2023, none appeared for the Appellant.

Even today also, there is no representation for the Appellant either

in the morning session or at 02.25 PM.

2. Learned counsel for the Respondent is present.

3. It seems that the Appellant has no interest to prosecute the Appeal.

4. Hence, the Appeal is dismissed for default. No costs.

5. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any are pending, shall

stand closed.
