Heard Sri Raja Reddy Koneti the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor.

At the end of the hearing, the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor sought time to produce certain judgments of the Allahabad High Court and any other High Courts, on the question of whether the period of limitation stipulating under Section 468 of Cr.P.C. would stop upon filing of a complaint under Section 154 of Cr.P.C.
