II Additional District Judge, Parvathipuram pending appeal suit.
I.A.No.03 of 2022 has been preferred seeking to add
proposed appellant Nos.1 to 3 as appellant Nos.4 to 7 in the appeal
suit as well as in I.As. to represent the estate of the deceased
appellant No.3.
Issue notice to the respondents on I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2022,
returnable in two weeks.
Personal notice is also permitted. Post this case after two weeks.
