the matter is called, none appears for the appellant to press this case. In the

circumstances, this Court has no other option but to dismiss this case for

want of prosecution.

2. Accordingly, this writ appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. Interim

order passed in this case stands vacated. Pending miscellaneous applications,

if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
