JUDGMENT:

1. When the matter is taken up for hearing at 11.00 AM, none appeared for the appellants.

2. Learned counsel for the respondents is present and the matter is passed over till 02.30 PM. At 02.30 PM also, none appeared for the appellants.

3. Despite listed the matter under the caption for dismissal; the appellants are not getting ready. It seems that the appellants have not shown any interest to prosecute the appeal.

4. Hence, the appeal is dismissed for default without costs.

5. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this appeal shall stand closed.
