for the respondent Nos.3 to 13, prays for and is
granted two (02) weeks time to file the counter affidavit.
2. Sri S.Arifullah, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent No.2, the Andhra Pradesh State Waqf Board (for short, the APSWB) submits that he has received instructions and as per the instructions the present committee for the Mosque in question was constituted for the 1st time after the judgment in W.P.No.2141 of 2019, dated 07.08.2020. He submits that constitution of the committee was not by holding elections as there was threat to law and order, if the elections were held.
3. He also prays for and is granted two (02) weeks time to file the counter affidavit.
4. On the next date, the Court may proceed to consider as to why the proceedings for contempt of the judgment dated 07.08.2020 in W.P.No.2141 of 2019 as affirmed in W.A.No.299 of 2020 by order SL. DATE ORDER OFFICE NO. NOTE dated 05.11.2020, be not drawn against the concerned respondent(s).
