JUDGMENT:-

      Ms. Thota Suneetha, learned counsel for the petitioners

submits that the writ petition has been rendered infructuous

and the same may be dismissed.

      Sri G.R.Sudhakar, learned counsel for the respondent

Nos.1 and 2 has no objection.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous,

as prayed. No order as to costs.
