This Criminal Revision is filed against the
judgment of the Appellate Court in confirming the
order of conviction recorded by the Trial Court. The
certified copies of the judgments of Courts below
annexed to the memo is not legible and especially
the copy of the Judgment of the Trial Court is faded.
With regard to the documentary evidence ie.,
Ex.P1 to P191 are not placed in the record. When
this Court pointed out the same to the Court Officer,
he contacted the concerned Section officer and told
to the Court that still some part of the record is
awaited from Telangana High Court as such exhibits
are not placed in the record.
Having regard to the above, delete the matter
under the caption 'for pronouncement of orders.
Registry is directed to make correspondence
with the Telangana High Court and to get the rest of the record and list the matter before appropriate
bench within one month from this day.
