JUDGMENT:-

      This writ petition was filed for a direction to the

respondent No.5, Assistant Engineer, Operation Sub-Division,

APSPDCL, Kalasapadu, YSR Kadapa District, to consider the

petitioner's application dated 24.12.2022 for allotting new

service connection for the agricultural purposes to be used in

Sy.No.403 of Sankavaram Village, Kalasapadu Mandal, YSR

Kadapa District.

Sri T.Ravi Teja, learned counsel, representing Sri

V.R.Reddy Kovvuri, learned Standing Counsel for APSPDCL for

the respondent Nos.1 to 5, based on instructions submits that

the work has been done on 03.02.2023 subject to certain

conditions.

Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the

same and submits that the matter may be closed.

Recording the same, the writ petition is closed. No order

as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending,

shall also stand closed.
