JUDGMENT:

1. Court slip dated 03.02.2023 under the signature of learned

counsel for the petitioners Sri N.N. Somendra Reddy was filed upon which

06.02.2023 was fixed and on 06.02.2023 order was passed fixing the case for

today i.e., 07.02.2023.

2. In the Court slip it was mentioned "permitted to withdraw with

liberty to file fresh writ".

3. Today Sri. P. Ranga Rao learned counsel appearing for Sri N.N.

Somendra Reddy submits that he has instructions to submit that the writ

petition be dismissed as withdrawn and the petitioners are not seeking any

liberty to file fresh writ petition.

4. Recording, the same writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn

without any liberty to file fresh.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall also

stand closed.
