counsel for appellant, Sri Taddi Nageswara Rao, before the Registry

seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Miscellaneous

Appeal, permission for withdrawal is accorded.

      Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as

withdrawn. No costs. As a sequel, interlocutory applications pending,

if any, in this case shall stand closed.
