                    Munsif, dhone dismissed the suit.
                               Aggrieved by it, plaintiffs preferred
                    A.S.No.38 of 1996. After due contest by a
                    judgment      dated    23.08.1999,    learned    IV
                    Additional District Judge, Kurnool affirmed the
                    trial court's judgment and dismissed the appeal.
                               Aggrieved by it, the original plaintiffs
                    preferred the second appeal.
                               It has been coming up for hearing
                    before admission. There is no representation for
                    appellants. Learned counsel for respondents is

present.
