I have heard Mr.Marri Venkata Ramana, learned counsel for the petitioner through virtual hearing.
Mr.J. Janaki Rami Reddy, learned counsel for R1, R2 submitted arguments in- part and requested time to proceed with hearing of the main appeal.
As this Court already granted stay on Execution of Judgment and Decree dated 29.12.2017 by framing substantial question of law and admitted the appeal pending disposal of the Second Appeal, the stay has to be extended.
Hence, the petition is allowed. Interim stay earlier granted by this Court on 31.08.2020 is hereby extended till 31.03.2024.
In the meanwhile, learned counsel representing both sides shall file paper book
and proceed with hearing.
