These applications are filed to recall the bailable warrant issued on 16.11.2023 in Crl.R.C.No.1133 of 2010 and to suspend the operation of sentence of imprisonment imposed against the petitioner vide judgment dated 07.06.2010 in Crl.A.No.143 of 2008 pending disposal of the main revision.

Heard both sides.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances and submission made by the learned counsel on both sides, these applications are ordered and the bailable warrant issued on 16.11.2023 in Crl.R.C.No.1133 of 2010 is hereby recalled and the operation of sentence of imprisonment imposed against the petitioner vide judgment dated 07.06.2010 in Crl.A.No.143 of 2008 alone is hereby suspended pending disposal of the main revision case.

List the matter after one (1) week.
