                     Appeal Suit No.84 of 2011

JUDGMENT:

Learned counsel for appellants and respondent is present.

Learned counsel for appellants filed copy of Lok-Adalath Award

in E.P.No.127 of 2009 in O.S.No.53 of 2004 to show that

decreetal amount is paid in Lok-Adalath. Learned counsel for

appellants submits that the cause does not survive and

requested to dismiss the appeal.

02. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed. There shall be no

order as to costs.

03. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this appeal

shall stand closed.
