JUDGMENT:

Learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to

withdraw the Appeal, on the ground that the matter is settled

out of the Court.

2. Hence, the Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. There

shall be no order as to costs.

shall stand closed.
