      HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE SUBBA REDDY SATTI

                           COMS No.1 of 2023

JUDGMENT:

Learned counsel for the plaintiff seeks permission of

this Court to withdraw the above Commercial Suit on the

ground that the matter was compromised outside the

Court.

Permission, as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the COMS No.1 of 2023 is dismissed as

withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.

The warrant of arrest issued by this Court against the

1st defendant vessel shall stands recalled. The 1st

defendant vessel is at liberty to sail out of the territorial

waters of India.

As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any,

shall stand closed.
