                   1)    The     Petitioners         have        filed      the
                   Contempt         Petition         alleging            willful
                   disobedience       of       the     Order,            dated

07.07.2022, passed in W.P. No. 44648 of 2018 and batch.

2) Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondents submitted that, in one of the Writ Petition i.e., W.P. No. 40372 of 2018, I.A. No. 1 of 2022 was filed after serving the copy on the Petitioner, but the said fact was not disclosed.

3) On 10.04.2023, the matter was directed to be posted on 17.04.2023 along with the record of W.P. No. 44648 of 2018, decided on 07.07.2022. On the date fixed, record of that Writ Petition was not sent to the Court.

4) On 17.04.2023, the order was passed for posting of the present Contempt matter for today along with the record of W.P. No.40372 of 2018 and I.A.No. 1 of 2022 filed therein, which is also one of the petitions in the batch decided by the Common Judgment, dated 07.07.2022. But, today also the record of the Writ Petition was not placed before the Court.

5) For want of relevant record, the matter could not be proceeded further today as well.

6) The Registrar (Judicial) shall ensure that the record of W.P. No. 40372 of 2018 along with I.A.No.1 of 2022, are made available, on the next date of listing.

7) Post the present Contempt Case, on 24.04.2023, along with C.C. Nos. 1471, 1475, 1476, 1477, 1480 and 1484 of 2023.
