        Appeal Under Section 151 of C.P.C. is filed praying that in the Circumstances
stated in the Affidavit filed in Support-of-Petition the High Court may be pleased to
stay of all further proceedings including execution of Decree and judgment passed
on Dt.09.09.2022 in AS No.127 of 2016 `on'the file of the Court of the ll Additional
District Judge, Hindupur, Pending disposal of S.A. No. 567 of 2022, on the file of the
High Court.

filed in support thereof and the earlier 6'rder of the High Court dt.13.04.2023 made
