      THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE DR.V.R.K.KRUPA SAGAR

         CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS APPEAL No.311 OF 2022

JUDGMENT:

01. Learned counsel on both sides are in attendance.

02. They submitted that the dispute involved in this Civil

Miscellaneous Appeal was settled out of Court amicably among

the parties. In these circumstances the request of learned

counsel for appellant seeking permission to withdraw this

appeal is granted.

03. In the result, Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as

withdrawn. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions if any, stands

closed. The interim stay if any granted is hereby vacated.
