JUDGMENT:-

      On 17.04.2023, the following order was passed:-

            "Sri S. V. R. Subrahmanyam, learned counsel for
      the respondents, submits that the writ petition has

rendered infructuous.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for adjournment to obtain instructions.

Post on 19.04.2023."

2. Sri G. Kiran Babu, learned counsel, representing Sri

Srinivasa Rao Narra, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits

that the petition may be dismissed as withdrawn, to which Sri

S. V. R. Subrahmanyam, learned counsel for the respondent

No.1, has no objection.

3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending,

shall also stand closed.
