                          This application is filed for stay of
                  operation of decree and judgment, dated
                  23.06.2022 passed in O.S.No.90 of 2011 on the
                  file    of   XIII     Additional   District   Judge,
                  Narasaraopet.
                          Both the learned counsel have argued the
                  matter at length and in particularly about the
                  contents in Exs.B.1 and B.2, very strong and
                  serious averments made on either side. At this
                  stage, this Court cannot be pronounced on the
                  merits of the matter, particularly about Exs.B.1
                  and B.2. In all such matters, this Court is
                  permitting all other proceedings except passing
                  of final decree proceedings. The issue raised by
                  the learned counsel for the respondent about

the rent being collected etc., is to be decided during the course of mesne profits enquiry.

Therefore, there shall be stay of final decree only and all other proceeding will be continued.
