JUDGMENT :
This petition is filed by the petitioners/appellants 2 to 5
and present and they are identified by their respective counsels.
They filed mutual agreement along with the petition and the
contents of said agreement are read over to both parties and they
admitted the same and requested the court to record terms of
compromise of the agreement and dispose of the appeal.
On being satisfied that the parties to the appeal are
compromised and the matter is settled as contended in the terms of
agreement, the petition is ordered.
Accordingly, the appeal is disposed of in terms of the agreement.
The terms of compromise shall form part of this judgment. There shall
be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this appeal shall
stand closed.
