This application is filed by the petitioner to extend the interim order dated 07.09.2018 passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2018 in Crl.R.C.No.2345 of 2018.

Heard both sides.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has filed I.A.1 of 2020 seeking extension of the interim order dated 07.09.2018 and the same was considered and the said interim order was extended for three weeks vide order dated 02.02.2021 and since then, interim orders are being extended from time to time and finally on 25.03.2022, interim orders were extended until further orders and the Crl.R.C. was ordered to be listed on 08.04.2022. However, by virtue of the judgment of the Hon'ble Apex Court in Asian Resurfacing of Road Agency Private Limited v. Central Bureau of Investigation, the Court below is insisting for extension of interim orders and as such the present application is filed.

Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to extend the interim orders granted on 25.03.2022 for a period of eight weeks.

Accordingly, the I.A. is ordered. Post Crl.R.C. after four weeks.
