Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
Considering the submissions made by learned
counsel for the petitioner that a departmental enquiry is
initiated on same facts and charges relating to the
Criminal case registered against the petitioner vide FIR
No.89 of 2022 and that his defence available in the
criminal case has to be revealed which causes prejudice to
the petitioner and perusing the judgment of learned Single
Judge reported in N. Shankar Prasad Vs. State of
Andhra Pradesh {(ALD (SC) 2020 (1) 412)}, there shall be
interim direction as prayed for.
