Pleader for Endowments appearing for the appellant in these cases, seeks

permission of the Court to withdraw these writ appeals reserving liberty to the

appellant to prefer review petitions before the learned single Judge.

2. Permission is accorded.

3. Accordingly, these writ appeals are dismissed as withdrawn with the

liberty as prayed for. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall also

stand dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
