      In view of the letter dated 12.10.2022 filed by the learned

counsel for appellant, Sri P.Narahari Babu, seeking permission of

this Court to withdraw the appeal suit, permission for withdrawal is

accorded.

      Accordingly, this Appeal Suit is dismissed as withdrawn. No

costs. As a sequel, interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall

stand closed.
