CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS APPEAL No.944 of 2016

JUDGMENT:-

When the above civil miscellaneous appeal was listed

on 05.07.2022, 12.07.2022 and 13.10.2022, there was no

representation on behalf of the appellant. Hence, the

matter was directed to be listed today under the caption

"for dismissal". Even today also, there is no representation

on behalf of the appellant. It seems that the appellant is

not evincing any interest to prosecute the appeal.

In view of the same, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is

dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any,

shall stand closed.
