      Heard learned counsel for petitioner, Sri Bachina Hamumantha Rao

 and having regard to the nature of the matter, this Writ Petition is disposed

 at the admission stage.

 2.   As can be seen, the respondent No.1 filed S.A. No. 352 of 2021 before

Debts Recovery Tribunal, Visakhapatnam, and in the said matter the

enquiry was completed and matter is at the stage of hearing arguments and

posted to 15.11.2022 for submission of written arguments on behalf of the

applicant in the said S.A. The submission of learned counsel for petitioner,

Sri. Bachina Hamumantha Rao, is that the matter is being delayed and

thereby the proceedings at the stage of Sec.13(4) of the SARFAESI Act are

stalled.

3. In our view, though the SA is of the year 2021, the Debts Recovery

Tribunal, Visakhapatnam, has conducted the proceedings within a

reasonable speed and saw that the matter reached the stage of arguments and now it is in the stage of filling of the writ arguments. We hope and

trust that the Tribunal will complete the proceedings and pronounce the

Judgment at the earliest. Therefore, we do not want to give any direction

fixing specific time for completion of the matter. We reiterate that the

Tribunal will pronounce the order in S.A. at the earliest.

4. With the above observation, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.

As a sequel, interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
