JUDGMENT:-
Ms. T.V.Sri Devi, learned counsel for the petitioner has
submitted a letter dated 10.10.2022 to the Registrar Judicial,
Andhra Pradesh High Court, on record submitting as follows:-
"The above subject writ petition is filed by Sri
Kotaiah Agencies aggrieved by the action of the
respondents in not paying bills. The proprietor of writ
petitioner addressed a letter dated 09.10.2022 instructing
me to withdraw the writ petition. Hence I am herewith
requesting your Honour to direct the registry to post the
W.P.No.21840 of 2022 in the cause list under the caption
"for withdrawal" caption so as to enable me to pursue the
matter."
Sri N.Venkateswarlu, learned counsel, representing Ms.
T.V.Sri Devi, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the
writ petition be dismissed as withdrawn.
Learned counsels for the respondents have no objection.
In view of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed as
withdrawn.
No order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any
pending, shall also stand closed.
