writ appeal has been rendered infructuous.

2. Recording the above submission, this Writ Appeal is dismissed

as infructuous. Consequently, interim suspension granted by this Court

on 07.09.2021 shall stand vacated. No costs. All pending miscellaneous

applications shall stand closed.
